zenotalent has been created with the purpose of managing talent in a way that allows people to follow the career path that really fulfils their human aspirations.


The brand is named after Zeno of Citium, an Ancient Greece philosopher, father of the Stoicism. The pillars of his philosophy were logic, physics and ethics, being reason the greatest good and the purpose of human life.


His teachings were focused on providing people with the resources and tools to confront their conflicts and problems. This can only be achieved with daily practice and training, being then willpower indispensable to achieve results.




In the field of talent sourcing, in most cases, recruitment and headhunting services are set to fulfil needs from companies when they arise. It is then when a search for candidates starts. It is therefore a reactive process, aimed to fill specific vacancies. And that is totally understandable, since business and project requirements lead the recruitment flow.


zenotalent is approaching talent sourcing from a different angle. It is based on finding best talent, proactively, independently of "direct" or "immediate" demands from the companies. By identifying, selecting and cultivating that right talent, we can promote the right people to the right employers when those specific openings come.


Working with this model, long term requirements from both employers and candidates can be identified upfront, independently, unbiased. Accordingly, the greatest advantage is that candidates will not "force-to-fit” a specific profile, job offer or even location. They define what they like for their life and career, and the match comes just after that, powered by the networking in between zenotalent and the employers. Conditioned approaches will be minimised, and only true interests from candidates will come to the surface, saving time and money for everybody.


Yet, the process does not end in the recruitment flow. In parallel, cultivation of talent is taken care of. zenotalent also empower candidates, by providing them with tools that complement their career background and leverage new skills. This is performed via our coaching sessions.
