ZENOTALENT value the information you have provided us, and we will process it with the goal of making any talent management activity as smooth and safe as possible. ZENOTALENT will make sure that the information provided to us or obtained through various channels (including website, e-mails, conversations, meetings, or by any other means) will only be used for the purposes stated in this policy.

ZENOTALENT receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way (e.g.: curriculum vitae, hereinafter “CV”). In addition, ZENOTALENT collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. ZENOTALENT may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. ZENOTALENT also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

www.zeno-talent.com is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by zenotalent adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Note that since the internet is a worldwide environment, its use to collect and process personal data necessarily requires the data to be transferred internationally. Unfortunately, the security of any data transfer conducted through the internet cannot be guaranteed to be absolutely safe. While the measurements mentioned above are meant to prevent leaks and data breach, we cannot guarantee the safety of your data when they have been transmitted to our website through third-party networks. The risk of any transmission will be assumed by you.
Any kind of data (e.g.: text, pictures, address, diplomas, etc.) related to open or specific job applications, shared by you to ZENOTALENT via email, CV or any other means may be shared with third parties like employers, companies and organizations with the solely purpose of the talent sourcing activity, which is to process and facilitate the job application in a smooth and safe manner, for the good interests of the subject. Within this above mentioned context, ZENOTALENT is collecting and storing candidate's information in Application Tracking Systems (ATS), which are software tools that allow processing job applications in an integrated and efficient manner (e.g.: SmartRecruiters, Breezy HR Inc., Google Workspace, etc.).

Any kind of personal information disclosed by you to ZENOTALENT in any of the coaching services we offer will remain private and will not be disclosed to anybody unless requested up front in written form from ZENOTALENT to the subject.

For how long do we store personal information?
The period during which ZENOTALENT may keep or store your personal information will vary depending on the services we provide to you and the time during which you require those services. Since ZENOTALENT generally deal with candidates by procuring them job opportunities throughout their career, the purpose of the data storage is generally ongoing. ZENOTALENT regularly carry out cleaning and updating tasks regarding our candidates’ data in order to ensure that the data in our possession are accurate and that we do not store them for longer than necessary.
ZENOTALENT contractual terms with employers stipulate that they must hold the candidate data (such as CV) for the purposes of the specific job they are applying to and, being data controllers themselves, they must notify the candidates if they intend to keep or use the data for other purposes.
Unless notified otherwise, ZENOTALENT understand that your data have not changed, that you undertake to communicate to us any change and that we have your consent to use them for the stated purposes.

How do we communicate with our site visitors and users?
ZENOTALENT may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement ZENOTALENT may have with you.
