In this campaign we are ongoingly recruiting Senior & Lead Engineers for a multinational company who is involved in new and greener technologies for the process industry. Applicable to different disciplines:
🔸 Electrical Engineers
🔸 Piping Engineers
🔸 (Chemical) Process Engineers
🔸 Instrumentation & Control Engineers
🔸 Mechanical Engineers
🔸 Civil & Structural Engineers
🔸 HSE Engineers
🎓 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
🔹 University degree in corresponding or related Engineering field
🔹 At least 8 years working experience as Engineer in the technical discipline
🔹 Fluent in English
🔹 Passport, work visa and/or permanent resident qualification in the United Kingdom
NOTE: APPLICATIONS WITHOUT A CURRENT WORK PERMIT IN PLACE IN UK WILL NOT BE PROCESSED
🔧 REQUIRED SKILLS:
🔹Strong knowledge about Engineering principles (of the corresponding technical discipline)
🔹 Wide experience in design, specification, purchase, installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of engineering equipment and materials
🔹Good understanding of project execution: scope, budget, planning, schedule, technical documentation, quality, reporting, multidisciplinary interaction
🔹 Understanding of business and operations dynamics
🔹 Communication aptitudes: reporting and presenting skills
🔹 Team player. Organizational skills. Stakeholder management
🔹 Broad IT and technical software skills
🔹 Hands-on, resilient and can-do attitude. Attention to detail
🔹 Results oriented. Able to distinguish main issues from side issues
🔹 Interest for problem solving. Analytical skills. Creative thinking
🔹 Ability to challenge the status quo
🔹 Proactive. Open minded
👏 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
🔹 Working experience in at least two different renewable-energy, chemical or process industries
🔹 Exposure to international projects, customers and suppliers
🔹 Knowledge of additional languages
